MARKETING & ADVERTISING GRAPHIC DESIGN
While print work has certainly seen better days, it is comforting to note that key elements of print designs translate seamlessly to digital.
Communicating with graphics a specific marketing idea across multiple mediums should be a given for any brand that expects to succeed. With so many marketing tools these days, utilizing marketing strategies before setting out to develop a design has become standard in the industry.
Creating a marketing plan tailored to a client is directly related to the budget the client has established for advertising and as a rule, it is something I incorporate into each contract. As designers, we can do as little or as much as a budget allows. Incorporating as many aspects of marketing as possible to get the job done, requires planning and careful execution. Knowing you client and target audience keeps expectations in check and allows the project to move forward as agreed. This gives me more time to be creative and really focus on the success of each campaign.
Below you will find the process used to develop relevant graphics used in Marketing and Advertising Campaigns as well as the final designs.
Starting from concept, the design process reflects the "ideas" the customer would like to reflect and is directed towards the target audience as well as crafted to meet their individual needs (visually as well as utility wise). Vision boards help the customer "see" the concept and provide a great ground for feedback moving forward. Initially these ideas help craft a look and feel and establish the needs of the target audience, but eventually the decided branding will be reflected in every medium/marketing element needed.
Please note, I've spared you the extensive bullet point listings of each element that can be considered "print" work. If there is something you'd like to see that is not shown below, please reach out and I'll send a sample.
